‘Want to know what Heaven’s like? Look into your children’s eyes. As they peer in innocence, captivating hearts without pretense. Yet compassion is defied, When evil steals their lives. Children are a precious treasure, worthy of the highest measure to ensure their safety is supplied.
2nd Verse:
In this world where evil reigns There are things ‘we cannot change. But those things ‘within our power, Let’s not hesitate another hour… to contend for every child…. as stewards of their smiles. School should be a peaceful haven… (an) atmosphere that cultivates them… Free of terror, suffering, and device.
Bridge:
Now’s not the time to faint. Nor should we resort to hate. Love will never fail (and) on its wings we can prevail.

Heaven in their Eyes (Monologue)
Our precious children deserve a space free from the fear of living out their worst nightmares. And the loving … hardworking mom or dad should never receive that phone call that drains a parent’s eyes of sparkle and yanks earthly joy from their hearts, although all too many have already answered such a call….
As law abiding citizens, we can affect change. I am confident that intelligence among the masses is an untapped national resource, and we can save our children.
Let’s flood our elected officials at every level of government with ideas for change (city council, mayors, governors, congressman, senators, the executive office). Together we can make a difference to protect the innocent lives of our little ones.
We can prevent dark, deranged, and diseased souls (and even the mentally ill) from defiling, trampling upon, violating the halls of our academic sanctuaries, and mercilessly mowing down our most valued national treasures.
